Quality Taverns took over the Shaw Inn in 2017 which is situated in the heart of the local community on the outskirts of Barnsley.
When Quality Taverns took over the pub, it had a much needed internal refurbishment and new management team put in place, Kerry and Wayne.
We are a busy, friendly local pub with a great atmosphere. We have a pool table and darts board and are always looking for new members.

The pub has both BT and Sky Sports and is very sport orientated. There are a selection of promotional offers available on cider and VK’s. At the Shaw Inn, there are deals available on bottles of Bulmers and Herrljunga. The pub also has an extensive Wine Menu including prosecco as well as a large selection of Gins and London Road Cocktails.
